Tessa’s Peer Support Group is a welcoming space where we gather to support ourselves and one another through the ups and downs of life. This facilitated circle is open to anyone looking for connection, understanding, and a place to be heard. Whether you’re navigating stress, transitions, or simply seeking a moment to breathe and share, this group offers a compassionate environment to hold space together. Come as you are—bring your worries, your hopes, your heart. You don’t have to face it all alone.

We will decide on a name for the group at the first meeting, so bring your ideas!

Bring a dish to share if you can, or just yourself. This is a sober event.

Open to all members 18+ of the LGBTQ community.
